Issue for me is when Adobe Flash in working on a web page.  Curssor disapears when I right click and open a pop up frame/menu to say “create a short cut” or whatever.  The flash activity causes the curssor to disappear but items on list will highlight just the same.  Still, very irritating.  I tried new video driver update and reinstalled flash and no change.  For now, I close any open browser tabs with flash running when I busy doing other stuff, and live with it when I need to view flash items.  Everyone, contact Adobe if this is your issue and tell them that their flash code is in need of a fix for currsor issues.  After enough of you contact them, they'll address it.
